TCI Products is the manufacturing division of TCI Group, moulding silicone and rubber in Bidford-on-Avon under your name rather than ours. Components, long runs of the same part, and finished silicone products you brand yourself.
Who we are
You are not buying a mould here. You are buying moulded parts, by the thousand, to a price.
TCI Products quotes tooling and unit cost as two separate lines, so you can see what the tool costs to make and what each part costs once it's running. Nothing hidden inside a per-part number that makes the first order look cheap and the fifth one painful.
Five moulding routes
Component, continuous, end-user.
Three shapes of work: a part that goes into someone else's assembly, a rolling programme of the same part every quarter, or a finished silicone product carrying your brand.
Hand-made
Bench-built silicone, straight onto a pattern or an existing object. Where prototyping and short-run tooling start.
Cast
Two-part gravity pours. The workhorse — one cavity, decent surface, sensible cost.
Vacuum cast
Degassed pours for parts that can't carry a single trapped bubble. Tight tolerances, tens to a few hundred.
Compression
Solid silicone pressed and cured under heat in a steel tool. Thousands of parts per tool.
Injection / LSR
Liquid silicone rubber injected at volume. Repeat parts, unit cost dropping as volume rises.

The mould leaves with a document that says what it's made of, what it's rated to, and what it isn't for. Fine to hand straight to an auditor.

Design and development in the UK. Manufacturing capability in the UK, with some higher volume placed with partners where that's the right answer.

Questions we hear before your first order.
Do you quote tooling and unit cost separately?
Yes — always. Tooling is a one-off capital line, unit cost is what you'll pay per part on every subsequent order. Hiding tooling inside the unit price makes long-run economics unreadable.
What volumes make sense for LSR injection?
Roughly speaking, injection tooling starts to pay back around 5,000 parts a year and is clearly the right answer above 20,000. Below that, compression or cast routes are usually cheaper.
Can you manufacture under our brand?
Yes. Contract manufacturing under your label is a big part of what this division does. Packaging, labelling, and documentation to your spec.
Is manufacturing UK-based?
Warwickshire, with some higher-volume production placed with trusted partners where the commercial answer requires it. We'll be transparent about which parts of the job go where.
