For wearable technology teams

For wearable tech.

Wearables live on skin, in sweat and rain, and in the hands of people who notice every edge. The silicone parts decide how the product feels long after the unboxing.

What wearable teams need

Parts that feel premium and survive daily life.

Wearable silicone strap and button samples being checked for feel
Sampling feel, finish and colour for wearables

Wearable programmes tend to share a pattern. A fast-moving hardware team, a design that changes late, a launch date that won't move, and silicone parts that have to feel just as good as the rest of the product.

We help by sampling feel and finish early, prototyping cheaply while the design is still moving, then locking grade, colour and process once it settles. Straps, sensor backs, buttons and seals come from the same team with the same colour references.

Because wearables often combine rigid and soft parts, overmoulding and two-shot come up in most conversations. We'll tell you which one your volumes justify.

What matters most

Three things wearable teams tell us.

Feel is part of the brand

Texture, softness and edge quality are chosen by hand from real samples, not specified on a drawing and hoped for.

Colours must match across parts

The strap, the button and the sensor back have to sit together. One colour reference drives all of them.

Launches don't wait

Prototype and bridge tooling keep you supplied while production tools are finished.

What we make for wearables

Four common parts.

01

Straps and bands

Skin-contact silicone with moulded branding and clean edges. See straps and bands.

02

Sensor housings and backs

Soft interfaces that hold sensors comfortably against skin.

04

Seals and gaskets

Small seals keeping sweat and water out of electronics.

How we'd deliver

The services this sector uses most.

Wearable and consumer silicone

Silicone parts for products people wear, hold, or wipe every day — ear tips, straps, grips, sleeves, applicators. Made to a colour and feel you sign…

Wearable overmoulding

Wearables have to be tough, sealed and comfortable against skin all day. Overmoulding silicone onto a rigid frame gives you all three in one part.

LSR injection moulding

Two-part liquid silicone metered, mixed, injected cold and cured hot. The cleanest route we have for medical, wearable and electronics parts at…

The rigid part goes into the tool and silicone is moulded around it, so you get one finished part.

Tell us the part, the volume, and the timeline.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.

Real people, a real workshop

You deal with the people who make it.

No call centre and no middlemen. When you contact TCI Products, you speak to the team who design, build and check your mould.
