We're the data controller for personal information you share with us through this website, by email, or by phone.

When you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, contact details, and the details of your project. We use that information to reply to you, prepare a quote, and — if we start working together — to manage the commercial relationship.

We keep enquiry records for a reasonable period so we can follow up, provide continuity if you come back later, and defend our commercial position if a dispute arises. For active customers, we keep records for the duration of the relationship plus a period after it ends for legal and accounting purposes.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with marketing companies. We use standard business tools (email, accounting software, CRM) that meet UK GDPR requirements. If we ever need to bring in a subcontractor who'd handle your data, we tell you first.
