For industrial equipment OEMs and assembly operations

For industrial assembly.

You build machinery, equipment, appliances or industrial assemblies. Somewhere in the bill of materials are silicone or rubber parts — sealing gaskets, cushioning pads, hand grips, cable protection, valve seats. We manufacture those parts as OEM components against your drawings.

What industrial assembly needs

Reliable component supply for a bill of materials that runs across years.

Industrial equipment stays in production for a long time. The parts inside it are expected to be available across model runs, service lives and revisions. A silicone or rubber supplier for industrial assembly is signing up to a multi-year relationship, not a one-off order.

That's how we structure industrial programmes. Tooling amortised across the expected life of the parent product. Material grade locked at first sign-off. Batch schedule set against your production rhythm — continuous supply for high-volume parts, held-tool batch supply for lower-volume or service parts.

For OEMs building appliances, industrial equipment, machinery or assembly hardware, we take on the full silicone and rubber content of the bill of materials — from sealing gaskets and vibration mounts to hand grips, cable protection and valve seats — under one programme with one batch record format.

For programmes with parts across multiple product SKUs, we can share tooling across variants where the geometry allows. That keeps tooling investment proportionate to volume even when individual SKUs run low numbers.

How industrial programmes run

Three consistent characteristics.

Long-life tooling

Steel tools built for the expected life of the parent product. Refurbished when needed, replaced only when unavoidable.

Consolidated supply

Multiple part numbers across one programme, one batch record format, one shipment schedule. Simplifies your goods-in.

Service and spare continuity

Parts held available across product life. Tool retained; batch runs available even after the parent product goes end-of-life.

Common industrial parts

Four families of work we take often.

01

Sealing gaskets and O-ring alternatives

Static and dynamic sealing components moulded to your drawing in the compound your application actually needs.

02

Vibration mounts and cushioning pads

Rubber compound selected for the loading condition. Compression-moulded for most industrial volumes.

03

Hand grips and tactile parts

Overmoulded or standalone silicone grips for tools, handles and controls. Comfortable at the grip, durable at the interface.

04

Cable protection and grommets

Moulded rubber cable exits, grommets, boots and strain relief for industrial cabling and harness assemblies.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.
