OEM route · your brand, our workshop

Branded part manufacture.

Silicone products moulded, finished, packaged and labelled to your brand — ready to ship into your retail, e-commerce or wholesale channel. Your customer sees your name. We're a workshop, not a shopfront.

What white-label means here

You own the brand, the design, the customer. We own the workshop.

Finished parts prepared for unbranded packing

For consumer brands who don't want to run their own moulding operation, or for design-led businesses who want the finished product to arrive at their warehouse packaged and ready to sell, white-label manufacturing puts the entire silicone product life cycle in one supplier's hands.

You bring the design, the brand, the packaging artwork, and the channel. We handle everything from the tooling through moulding, finishing, printing, packing and labelling. The finished product ships to your warehouse or, on many programmes, direct to your retail or e-commerce distribution point.

The IP is yours. The tool is either yours or paid off across the programme — that's a commercial conversation upfront rather than a fight later. The brand on the box is yours; there's nothing on the product that mentions us.

We do this across wearables, wellness, kitchen and lifestyle categories. If your product is silicone, your customer buys it under your brand, and you'd rather not build a factory, this is the manufacturing arrangement that suits you.

What you keep, what we do

The clean split.

You keep design, brand, channel

The design IP is yours. The brand is yours. The customer relationship is yours. Our name isn't on the product or in the marketing.

We handle the workshop

Tooling, moulding, finishing, printing, packing, labelling. Everything from raw material to product-in-box happens here.

Commercial terms upfront

Tool ownership, minimum runs, price stability across volume tiers — set at the start of the programme, not renegotiated batch by batch.

How a branded programme runs

From your design to your channel.

The engineering work is the same as any other OEM job. The extra layer is packaging, labelling and channel-fit — which we handle inside the same programme paperwork.

  1. Design and tooling

Your design is engineered for volume moulding. Tool cut, first samples made, feel and colour signed off against physical samples.

  2. First production run

First run produces the golden sample and populates your first order. Packaging artwork applied to the boxes; labels printed to your spec.

  3. Channel-ready packing

Products packed to your channel's requirement — retail-ready boxes, e-commerce mailers, bulk trade packs. Barcodes and labels applied here.

  4. Ship to warehouse or channel

Finished, packed products shipped to your warehouse or direct to your channel's distribution centre. We manage the freight bookings if that helps.

  5. Rolling batches with brand support

Ongoing production against your forecast. If packaging changes or a new SKU launches, we handle the transition inside the programme.

To quote it

What we need on branded enquiries.

01

The product itself

Design, target price to consumer, current volume, growth plan. Rougher answers are fine at enquiry stage; details firm up before we quote.

02

Packaging and labelling

Artwork, box format, label requirements. We'll advise on channel-fit if you're not sure what a specific retailer or platform expects.

03

Channel and fulfilment

Where the finished products need to arrive — your warehouse, a 3PL, direct to a retail distribution centre. That shapes packing and freight.

04

Commercial preferences

Tool ownership approach, price tier expectations, and how much of the programme you want us to hold as finished stock versus made-to-order.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.
