For electronics OEMs and their assembly teams

For electronics manufacturers.

You're building a device with a sealed enclosure, a tactile keypad, a cable exit, or all three. You need the silicone parts to behave predictably alongside sensitive electronics and to arrive at your line ready to assemble. That's what this page is about.

What we hear from electronics buyers

It has to fit, it has to seal, and it can't contaminate the circuits.

Silicone parts prepared for enclosure fit and sealing

Three things dominate electronics-adjacent silicone work. The part has to fit the enclosure or PCB dimensionally without over- or under-clamping. It has to hit the sealing performance the enclosure was designed for. And the silicone itself can't outgas or leach anything that would damage the electronics over the life of the product.

The material grade drives the last one. Platinum-cure silicones without acidic by-products are the default for electronics work; grades with documented outgassing behaviour are used where the product spec calls for it. We record the grade against every batch.

Fit and sealing come from tool design and process control. A well-designed gasket has a defined compression stop, a sealing bead that isn't crossed by the parting line, and a cavity layout that fills consistently even at high volume.

For most electronics customers, we run keypad mats, enclosure gaskets, connector boots and cable strain relief across the same programme. One supplier, one batch record, one shipment schedule.

Common electronics parts

Three shapes of work we take often.

Enclosure sealing

Silicone gaskets and lips for IP-rated enclosures. LSR-injected at real volume, designed to seal without over-clamping the housing.

Tactile input

Keypad mats with defined actuation force, integrated conductive contacts, and printed or moulded graphics.

Cable and connector protection

Overmoulded strain relief, connector boots, sealing plugs. Compression or LSR depending on volume.

What we deliver for electronics customers

Four engagement shapes.

01

Component supply to your line

Moulded parts against your drawing, delivered to your assembly location on your batch schedule.

02

Sub-assembly with your components

Moulded silicone integrated with your metal, plastic or PCB components as a finished sub-assembly.

03

Enclosure sealing programmes

Gasket design, tooling, moulding and delivery for enclosure programmes across multiple SKUs sharing a base design.

04

Long-run keypad and membrane production

Full keypad programmes — feel prototyping, tool cut, contact placement, print, coating, and rolling batch supply.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.
