What consumer brands need

Consumer parts get judged by feel and colour. A moulding supplier who only cares about dimensional tolerance and cycle time will produce parts that meet spec on paper and disappoint on the shelf.
Getting consumer parts right takes iteration on physical samples. We prototype the feel in real moulded parts in multiple grades, let your team wear or hold them for an afternoon, and let the winner set the production spec. That process is built into our consumer programmes rather than being charged as a change.
Colour is matched against a physical chip you sign off, not against a Pantone number. The pigment recipe is recorded and reused for every subsequent batch. Feel and finish are locked into the tool and the material record so batch three years in matches batch one.
For consumer brands who want the finished product delivered to their warehouse rather than the components to their factory, we handle finishing, printing, packaging, labelling and freight through the same programme. Your customer buys it under your brand; there's nothing on the product that mentions us.
