For OEMs and their design teams

For OEMs.

You're building a product. You need silicone or rubber components inside it. You don't want to run your own moulding line, and you don't want to have to explain the material sciences to a general-purpose contract manufacturer. Start here.

What OEMs need from us

A predictable component supplier, with the material knowledge behind it.

Reviewing parts before volume production

OEMs run on schedules. A late component supplier costs you a shipping slot, a launch date, or a customer. So the first thing you need from a silicone supplier is honesty about lead times and consistency about hitting them.

But you also need a supplier who understands the material well enough to tell you when your design won't work at volume, when your grade choice is going to cause you a problem in three years' time, or when the tolerance you've called out is going to add cost you don't need to spend.

That's the shape of the relationship we run with OEM customers: a scheduled component supplier that also acts as a material specialist. Batches ship on time; design conversations happen honestly; problems get raised early, not at goods-in.

For most OEM programmes, that turns into a rolling batch schedule with a named engineer on your account. You have their name, their direct line, and a clear escalation route if something needs it.

Three things OEMs tell us matter

What we hear repeatedly from OEM buyers.

On-time delivery

The date on the PO is the date we ship. If a batch is going to slip, we tell you before you ask, not after.

Material continuity

Batch three years in feels like batch one. Grade, colour and cure conditions locked at first sign-off.

An engineer, not a service desk

Your account has a named engineer. Emails get answered by them, not by a queue system.

What we take on for OEMs

Four common OEM engagements.

01

Component supply against your drawing

You have the design, we have the workshop. Batches shipped on your schedule with paperwork that fits your quality system.

02

Design collaboration on new components

You have a rough concept, we work up the manufacturable version. DFM feedback happens before the tool is cut, not after.

03

Migration from prototype to production

You have parts running in soft tooling. We plan and execute the migration to production tooling without redesigning from scratch.

04

Long-tail and service parts

You have a mature product with occasional spare demand. We hold the tool, run the batch when you order, don't fill your warehouse.

Get in touch

Tell us the part, the volume, and the timeline.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.

Real people, a real workshop

You deal with the people who make it.

No call centre and no middlemen. When you contact TCI Products, you speak to the team who design, build and check your mould.
