The information on this website describes what we do in general terms. Specific pricing, lead times and technical parameters for your project will be set out in the quotation we send you, not on this website. Where the website mentions general commercial patterns (for example how tooling and unit cost are quoted), those are illustrative of how we work, not commitments.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that every page is current or free from error. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us via the contact page.

Commercial terms

The important terms live in your contract with us, not on this page.

For customers we're actively working with, the terms of our commercial relationship are set out in your quotation, purchase order acknowledgement, or a specific supply agreement between us. Those documents take precedence over anything on this website.

By default, our sales are governed by our standard terms and conditions of supply, which we're happy to share on request. For programmes where the standard terms don't fit, we negotiate specific terms — for example, on tooling ownership, batch continuity commitments, or long-term supply arrangements.

If you're in the process of engaging with us and want to review our standard terms before you commit, ask the person handling your enquiry and we'll send them.

Jurisdiction

English law, English courts, plainly written wherever possible.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
