The detail

Fit, seal and sound

An ear tip has to seal without pressure, stay put during movement, and be consistent across sizes so each size feels like part of the same family.

We mould tips in soft LSR grades for thin, consistent walls, and keep size ranges in step so small, medium and large feel related.

Watch straps and bands

A strap is worn every day, against skin, through sweat and showers. It has to look good in the box and still look good a year later.

Grips and handles

A good grip makes a product feel better made. Silicone gives warmth, friction and comfort, and it cleans easily.
