Spares and service parts
Parts for products no longer in full production.
Batch manufacturing · Short-run batches
Not every part needs thousands. Some need a few hundred a year, made properly, with the same paperwork as a big programme.
The detail
Short runs are often treated as a nuisance by high-volume moulders. For us, they're normal work: spares for mature products, specialist equipment parts and early production before volumes grow.
We use proportionate tooling, usually single or low-cavity compression, and keep the same batch records and colour control as any other programme.

Where it fits
Parts for products no longer in full production.
Low-volume machinery parts.
First batches before volume justifies bigger tools.

How we run it
Simple tools sized to the volume.
Batches fitted around larger work.
Same records as large programmes.
Tools stored and maintained between runs.
To quote it
Drawing or sample.
And runs per year.
Grade and colour.
Any documentation needed.
Questions
Every job has a set-up cost, so very small runs cost more per part. We'll quote honestly and suggest batch sizes that make sense.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.
