Feet and bumpers
Rubber feet with moulded-in studs or nuts.
Insert moulding · Threaded insert moulding
A rubber foot with a stud, a bumper with a threaded boss, a mount you can bolt through. Moulding the fixing into the part removes an assembly step and a failure point.
The detail
A threaded insert pushed into a rubber part after moulding can spin, pull out or tear the rubber. Moulded in, with the right knurl or flange, it becomes part of the component.
The tool has to hold the insert precisely and keep rubber out of the threads. We design locating pins and shut-offs to do exactly that.

Where it fits
Rubber feet with moulded-in studs or nuts.
Small anti-vibration mounts with threaded fixings.
Soft-touch knobs with threaded cores.

How we run it
Knurled, flanged or custom inserts chosen for pull-out and torque resistance.
Tool features keep rubber off the threads.
Inserts loaded, rubber moulded around them.
Samples checked per batch.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.
