Deep cleaning
Removing built-up residue and release agent.
Tooling and part continuity · Tool refurbishment
A well-looked-after tool keeps making good parts for years. Refurbishment catches wear before it becomes a quality problem.
The detail
Rubber moulding tools wear slowly: parting lines round off, vents clog, surface finishes dull and flash creeps up. The parts still come out, but each batch needs a bit more trimming.
Scheduled refurbishment — cleaning, re-polishing, vent clearing and replacing worn components — restores the tool before quality slips. We record what was done in the tool's history.
