Insulating pads and washers
Isolation under components and fixings.
Electronics-grade manufacturing · Thermal and insulating pads
Silicone is a good electrical insulator and, in filled grades, a useful thermal conductor. Pads, sleeves and washers made from it solve small problems in electronics assemblies.
The detail
An insulating pad keeps parts electrically isolated. A thermal pad moves heat from a component to a heatsink. Some pads do both. The grade decides which, and filled thermal grades behave differently in moulding from standard silicone.
We supply pads moulded or cut from sheet, depending on shape and volume, and record the grade and batch against each order.

Where it fits

Filled silicone for heat transfer.
Soft pads that absorb vibration around boards.

How we run it
Insulation, heat transfer, cushioning, or all three.
Standard or filled grades, with supplier data.
Route based on shape and quantity.
Grade and batch recorded.
To quote it

Questions
We mould and cut many pad types. Some highly filled thermal materials are sourced as sheet and cut here.
Yes, with an adhesive chosen for the operating temperature.

Rough annual volume, target unit price, and any deadlines. That's enough to work out whether compression, LSR injection or something else is the right tool.
